Pillivuyt is designed to meet the need of serious home and commercial chefs. Production takes many days and is completed with a 33 hour kiln process at over 2500 degrees resulting in a product with a pure-white, near diamond-hard finish. Pillivuyt will never craze or stain, and will look like new after years of service. Pillivuyt can go directly from the freezer to the oven/broiler/microwave, and is totally dishwasher safe.
