Pasture raised Pork sausages, and bacon. We also make British and Irish style sausages, (bangers), back bacon, gammon, ham, collar boiling bacon. All of our seasonings are imported from the UK. We use a 300 year old "Wiltshire Cure" method to cure our back bacon, hams, and collar bacon.
